I’m Michael—though most people just call me Mike—and I’ve spent more than 40 years in the world of Information Technology. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and wear many hats, including software developer, team lead, project manager, and IT Director. Each role taught me something new, not just about technology, but about leadership, problem-solving, and how people thrive when they’re supported and encouraged.
Outside of my professional life, I’ve been happily married for over 33 years, and my wife and I are proud parents of two wonderful children. Family means the world to me, and I love spending time with them whether it’s enjoying a home-cooked meal together, exploring local events, or just relaxing with our pets. Cooking, hiking, and reading are some of my favorite ways to recharge and stay inspired.
At my core, I’ve always been driven by a desire to help others. Over the years, I’ve learned that true fulfillment comes not just from career success, but from creating balance and joy in all areas of life.
